May Chang - Emotions and Aromatherapy

May Chang shines its incandescent light on all things, like shadows dancing on water. When you are in despair and at your wits end, ask yourself, “Who would I be without these thoughts of despair?” Question yourself relentlessly. Are your thoughts productive or non-productive? What personal story do you tell yourself that creates limitations?

Be interested, really interested in the constant unfolding of your soul. Find ways to switch on your soothe function. Do something daily for your body, your mind, your heart and your spirit. The only thing you have control over is what you put your attention on. Pay enthusiastic attention to what you desire and keep moving in that direction.

Your life depends on your energy so exercise daily to enhance your mood. Walk your way out of being stuck and in despair. Emotional fitness is equally important. Meditate daily, look for the silent spaces within and allow the voice of your heart to guide you to make empowering decisions. May Chang will colour your feelings with the brightest of hues. Daily prayer, blessings and gratitude will add happiness and peace to your world.

A clear awareness of your goals enables you to stay focused and motivated. Design a life you love and start living successfully now. Dedication and discipline are the common traits of all successful people. You can be living your life this way too. May Chang changes the rhythm of the emotional heart enabling you to celebrate your dreams and wins.

To help you on your successful way, create a vision board with your personal dream images of all that you desire to affirm in your life. This is a powerful manifestation tool and allows the law of expansion and flow to come into play. Bring your successful vision to the forefront of your consciousness by looking at your vision board often and accelerate your success. It will build self-trust, heighten your mood and literally make your heart smile.

Robbi is thrilled to be returning to Dublin Ireland in February/March 2012 to share her Aromatic Kinesiology Level 1 and Level 2 workshops.

Robbi will be returning to New Zealand in November 2012 to hold an Aromatic Kinesiology Level 1 workshop, details of venue to be released shortly.

Robbi will be returning for a series of workshops in Canada in late October 2011 in Calgary and for the first time in North America Aromatic Kinesiology Level 2 will be held in Vancouver.

Aromatic Kinesiology Level 3 will be held in Australia for the first time in Melbourne in May 2011
